Yea there is one..it would be cool to have a notification like a guild chat message..that can be toggled on and off

Nice! This is almost exaclty how it works in World of Warcraft.

I'd like it if Ronin's could neither attack you or steal from you. As a Ronin you should have to "earn" the privilege to attack. Of course that would mean that we couldn't kill them.

But yes I would love a message that you could leave guildmates or some announcement ability for GM's to do so when your guild logs in they get a message. That would help.

Just a "PVP/stealing off in Tram rules" button would do me fine. There isn't really a sensible argument against it to be had besides "I like to ruin guilds and this would end my fun". Someone will cry about sparring, but all I have to say to that is, it's your guild leader's decision.
