personally i dont point and laugh at the crazy people who arm themselves with guns.
just a personal preference on my part.
I know a few preppers in Oklahoma and they actually make sense.
Their not preparing themselves for an alien invasion or stuff like that.
They're preparing for the worst in Human nature to surface after a breakdown of law and order after a disaster event.
Anyway we all know it wasn't gonna end on the 21st.....it ends on the 23rd

The plan was was to build another temple, but the slaves, workers (whatever) went on strike. They wanted a 12 hour workday instead of 22. So the Big Cahuna High Priest said screw it, the world ends on the last date we got in. What the hell, not like we are going to be around anyway. Sadly tho, the workers were all named honorary virgins and sacrificed. And y'all think zombies are brain impaired ...

Who ever told the Press the decription of the Mayan text said "end of the world" kinda owes all a apology. It says Change... not end of world. But for those of you who are waiting for a shoe to drop.........

Nasa and the national space admin have gathered all data of near earth objects and found only 1 passing rock which went by about a week ago... sorry no "Rock you to the Stone age" here.
Then you got the what if's....
Well you have your choice of:
1. Solar Flairs and Mass coronal ejections ....maybe... we are at solar maxus. Though I do want to know how they dated the sun to do it on any given day not just today....
2. Super Volcano going off the deep end..... Highly unlikely... Though there is a bulge at YellowStone... Must have been a family vacation by a mayan priest to see this one coming..
3. Polar Shift.... After looking into this I think its one of them long term earth projects... You know like public works on the highway.. says be done by january but takes alot longer.
4. Massive die off due to plague, desease, man made stuff... ok this one is not too be sneezed at. With all the bird flu and stuff man has lab made... (knew I should buy stock in kleenex) This one didnt need 12/21/12 to be launched.
To be honest.. I have a friend who is not to clued in and was worried about this stuff... I told him the same thing I tell you. IT is about change... We know we need to clean up our act. Sandy and Katrina and all the rest of the weather that has made the world a mess this year is our fault. We have tooo much people crouded on this rock and we each make enough green house gas to do it big time. My son said if each of us recycles 1/2 of our trash, get that new hybred car or electric one... well it would be a step in the right direction.
Christmas will soon be here and I want to wish you all a merry christmas and happy new year.....

How utterly embarrassing!! So then the guy changed dates of The End, but was still wrong.
Then, everyone was told that there WAS a Return of the Ruler...but it was Invisible!
So maybe...just maybe...we DID have an End of the World yesterday, and we just couldn't see the darn thing!!
The end will come. I will play drums and UO until then though!!
