Just renewed credit card.. cant update the info on my account page.. help?

So my credit card was up for renewal, so i did that. Then I went into EA's horrific account management site to update the billing info....

...and I can't.

It's the same card number, new expiry date. I have 2 choices for billing.
1) Use existing card saved (wrong expiry)
2) Use new credit card (cant input it, same card number.. gives me an error about not being unique.

Any help?

I'd give support a call (good luck). I have a similar issue. I got a new card which expires in 2022. On the Mythic site it only goes to 2021 so I can't use my card. I've been having to buy gametime codes for the past 6 months.

I had that problem and I had to wait until it was declined and then I was able to remove it and re-add with the new expiration date. Was a pain in the rear!

Next time I am just going to do the game time codes

After selecting what monthly cycle, look at the top right of the screen, it says Manage accounts.

You can change card info on that.

I would strongly recommend getting hold of some game time to save your house etc. I don't think they will change the account system for a small percentage of people. I've had numerous emails with them about this.

Frarc has provided the right link for this situation. I have updated my credit card on 4 accounts using it.
