Fallen house with vendors still standing?!

So there is this house here in New Magincia on Siege Perilous that had a number of different vendors on it that recently went into decay. It went through the whole decay process, and then at the end of IDOC, it refreshed to owned by OSI and "Like New" due to the vendors.

The house then went through the entire decay process again. Last night it was IDOC, and about the time the house should have fallen, it once more refreshed to "Like New". Today, I logged on to see that the house was no longer there, and that there was a smaller plot put up in its place, and all of the vendors that were on the original house are still there, floating in the air

What is puzzling here, is how did the house go from like new to gone in the course of a day? The house was already owned by OSI, so the original owner wouldnt have been able to reactivate their account to refresh the house. Additionally, why and how are the vendors still there, hanging in the air, over what is now not covered by a house plot? The screenshot below shows the vendors hanging in mid-air.

I have ever only seen this one time in my IDOC adventures. The one I was at, vendors were set up hanging over lunas road to look like they were on the road and when it fell the vendies stayed put. The new owner was able to contact a GM to remove them.

Owned by OSI houses may fall any time on any stage. Usually 7-9 days after change, sometimes stuck until GM forces it.

Done a lot of Idocs and like has been said it can fall at anytime after the first 'like new'. Never seen vendors left behind tho, new one on me too.

I know that OSI houses can fall at any time, the strange part is the fact that the vendors stayed there :/

only the venders that are over the new plot are working. the others dont open there backpacks.

Housing seems a bit bugged anyhow, just logged in after 2½ inactive months and my house was gone .

If a house has vendors, is owned by osi, and the vendors remain after the fall....it was dropped by EA staff (Mesanna).

This is what a lot of folks feel happened. That a favor was called and cashed in. Its sadly the current state of affairs on Siege anyway. I probably won't play anywhere else but here, but I won't be recommending it to anyone.

Seriously, back that statement up with any facts. Anything.

The rest of you folks... Siege does not get any more favors from the Devs than any other shard. We do get some attention on occasion.

I do not think devs show up and drop houses at the beck and call of players.

I don't know specifics on Siege, but I gave you specifics on what happens when a developer drops a house.
a) Vendors do not fall, these remain until removed by EA staff.
b) Housing rules do not apply, spots are freely place able the moment of fall.

My comment on Mesanna doing it was not a certainty, but rather followed her own statement that she was the only one who could do it. I don't believe she would drop a house as a *favor* to anyone. IMO she is probably just methodically going through a list dropping homes on all shards.
