15 year's green basket

I have 6 account ( then a lot of chars). All account has chars very old (minimun 10 year) but some char has his basket, someone not. Also if there is the same account. It'a bug?

Yup its a bug.
Peeps seem to have found a workaround to the bug.
Log in....get no prezzie...log out....log same char back in......prezzie in backpack.

Oh hold on, this is for the X-mas green pouch?
If it's for the 15th year anniversary then you only had 1 month to log in and claim. Can't claim them now.

I have a few characters on some shards that don't get gifts even though they are going on 14 years old. It's an old old old bug that you have to contact a GM to get your character fixed and I just can't be bothered since its a character on a shard only to get gifts. If logging in and out doesn't work I would report it to a gm...

Usually accessing the bank box refreshes this problem. Log in access bank box and then log out and back in. This is a common problem on characters that have not been logged in in a long time.
