Do items like this need powerful charge to make?

yup powerful charge and 2 suffixes plus a barbed runic expensive to build...like 6-8 charges the pop if I recall correctly

Thanks for the reply. I've been using 2x charges with names and powerful (6 charges).

Burnt few about 8 kits so far. This is expensive!
