I recently came back to uo and I would like to know what it takes to make a -15 mage weapon.

You can then imbue the +15 mage on a ring to counter for the loss.

if your a 120 mage and you equip a -15 you can still cast level 8 spells 80% of the time without fail.
if u use a -25 youll only be at 95 skill and youll fail a LOT more.
and like mentioned above its the difference between running +magic on just a ring or on both ring and watch, which saves you a space for something else.

I got a guildie on Siege who can make 1 per Shadow Runic. I have a crapton of -15 Weapons, SC/NP w/ 14DCI I run as throw aways.

It is -10 but carries the casting penalty and is two handed.
