Has anyone gotten a piece of moostone jewelery from the chef?

Since returning and finding out that the spawn of moonstone jewelery had been moved from gypsies to the Chef in wrong ive been trying to get a piece to use as a prize for a future event. No luck. Anyone gotten any since the move?

They only said they moved it from the Gypsy's to the Chef. They never mentioned increasing the odds so their still 1:100000 chance per Chef.
I killed well over 2000 gypsy's back in the day before giving up, yet a guildmate only killed 3 before he got a ring.

Supposedly as loot on the Chef, but ive killed a few hundred so far and no luck

Not 100% certain but i think in another thread they agreed that it was now the Brigand cannibal mage on Lvl 2
