Gifts are BROKEN

Hello All -

I've discovered two very, very sad things:

1 - Any shard where I've used a shard transfer token will not give me Christmas gifts
2 - Catskills (which I haven't traveled to) will not give me Christmas gifts

And, before you ask, these characters have Personal Bless Deeds - so age isn't the issue.

THIS IS A MUST-RESPOND ITEM FOR THE DEV TEAM!

Mum - any chance you can use your contacts to inquire. Received the normal (un)helpful "We cannot replace lost items..." from GMs. Man, I loathe that canned response.

Atlantic
Pacific
Catskills (never xferred)
Balhae
Chessy (never xferred)
Lake Superior (some chars not getting it, never xferred - YES THEY ARE OLD ENOUGH)

I see people xsharding on most of these, so what is going on?

Im guessing most of the Dev team is home for the weekend.... might be Monday before we get an answer. Hoping I am wrong though.

I believe they have shut off rewards on all shards. Likely because they screwed up (again) in that the Pointsetta's give 6500 turn in points like the old pointsettas. Once again - new functionality NEVER tested.
