I hope they do. Only drawback is I now play a normal mage spellslinger and don't have access to a Bard anymore. It's going to be a few hour job killing one now. 30,000 hp takes a lot of Ebolt casts at a couple dozen points of damage a cast. 
I do want a harvester blade on Siege though. My spellslinger is my forager for my craftsman and it would save some ouchy mousing.

Welp, to me the Turkeys were just an easy way to farm Scalis', Same with the Ancient Hell hounds for Halloween last year.
Though I did try to get paragon boxes at one point from them both, but I doubt they could have dropped em, (unless I'm unlucky, which is unlikely)
Tonight my newest character tamed two tiny minature Turkeys in HAVEN - about an hour ago and stabled them. I wonder what that is all about.Do you think they will do the giant turkeys again this year?
Last year I had a blast with them.
I hope we aren't expected to kill them ...( and cook them? ) They are too cute to kill.
OR ... are these little turkeys the same ones being talked about in this other thread?

I'd love them to go in the coops then my 2 stable characters wont have to give up a very needed packie.

Champ spawns, if I remember right, all champions spawn as giant turkeys at this time.
Turkey hunting. I guess they didn't fancy another round of 'recycling the same old crap' accusations.
You would probably be right on that. I'm sure we will have Turkeys again another year when they have had a chance to update them and maybe put in new map spots and new goodies and such.
Bring back Giant Turkeys please!

Basically chicken noises with slightly better base stats (and strangely 67.6 anat on this one). 7/7/4/5/4 resists.
Time for me to go back to that 128 pet slot thread

Lets hope for a new event that has the recipe for the harvester blade. Not like it is en event item glass dagger. Harvester Blade is a usefull tool. It should not be a covented item for the select few that was in the right place at the right time and had the time to grind during the holidays.If you people pulling the levers behind the curtian have no clue on this subject. At least put a bag of 5 Harvester Blades in the UO store for $10. Show someone there has some clue on how the game works.
No no no! We have the subscription fees, I don't want to buy every useful item in the shop (or wait 10 years for account age). Also, let dread war horses spawn again. I am pretty annoyed that a bunch of very valueable items and pets are no longer obtainable. Even if you had active accounts starting from 1997 with no pauses, chances are you missed one of those events. Because of school, university, civil services, military services, pregnancy...

I have always thought there should be some way for players to "catch up" on missed events and items but that is not how life works in the real world and UO is a reflection of the real world so we do have to be reasonable about how many things players can obtain after the fact. Thus I do think being able to purchase some desireable Rare Items is the way to go. The game needs more support and rather than have to pay a fortune to gold mongers to get rare items, I think the EA SHOP is a reasonable answer. The rares-collectors won't agree with this one bit. lol I love my singing ball but think it's a shame others can't get those unless they pay an incredible amount for them now. I would rather pay the EA SHOP for one, and would prefer a singing ball rather than Dawn's Music box, which was a pacifyer for not offering more singing balls.

GIANT TURKEYS AGAIN, PLEASE. I don't mind the same events being held over and over again every year. Those events can always be fun for new players and even for old Vets like me. I still enjoy the hunt for Glacial Staves.
- - after thinking further on this subject - it certainly would be nice to have some of those quests and items return so new players, or players who missed getting rare items like singing balls, Warhorses, and Chargers, could have a chance to obtain those rare items. But supposing real life intervenes again and they can't be on line, and the players miss their opportunity to get rare items once again?
hmm... the EA store is looking better and better. Please LOWER PRICES so many players can afford to buy some desireable items from the store.

The Giant Turkeys are so much fun. Can they perhaps just be released in a limited area for us to hunt? Some large island perhaps? Heck I'd even hunt fel if I had to.
I was hoping to find turkeys this year too. It would have been funny to have only been able to find turkeys in fel. Hmm my thoughts on that theme are going crazy...if more than 1 person attacks a single person the attackers change into turkeys...
