I don't think so. The only events that have already been done (that I know of) were on GL, Europa & Origin.

How about listing ALL shards Event schedules so that players who missed it on their shard because busy with their real life schedule will at least be able to attend it on some other shard ?

But in order to attend an Event, players need to know it WELL BEFORE (few days in advance) so as to adjust their real life schedule to be able to be in the game. Knowing it the same day or just the day before may not help many players who might be unable to attend with such a short notice......
