Looking to sell the following plot on New Magincia if there is any interest. It's an auction listing, bids accepted until 12pm BST on Saturday the 6th of October, then extended by 10 mins for every bid after that time, or in the last few minutes, as per normal auctions listed on here.

Bids accepted via PM, but preferred in here.

I know it's a long listing, but I won't be around Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Aim to complete the trade Sunday hopefully.

Its not usefull...just a insight of my time owning that plot and the fact that in the end i ended up letting it fall...due to little or no interest in new magincia ...okies???[whatever].

I must say i like that design very much - it reminds me of my families real life garden hut we had 30 years ago...kinda looked like that - very well done, great job!
