Im wondering the same myself. In this post on uoguide.com it says that it is 4 new ones (qouted below).
But I have yet to find any new for our poor beggers... But - im heading back to try it again, and see if I got more luck today... Or maybe I should put on the luck suit to try it.... who knows....
I fear the text mentioning the 'four new ones' is there from the 2010 page and didn't get noticed when they were editing the page to reflect 2012

I had a long run in ter mur entrance area and got 9 rewards now...all old ones... combined with the 12 i got monday, i doubt its new rares - unless my rng is against my odds to just get old ones...

Aurelius pretty much explained why it said new ones, there is nothing new afaik and that is fixed. You can still get the two tone Halloween clothes though.

Trick or Treating was a moment of brilliance for the designers, IMHO. For once we had an event EVERYONE could participate in, regardless of the strength of their characters. Too many events are going to be dominated by the uber-damagers.
But they have done virtually NOTHING to spice this up. Some new angles would be welcome -- how about different treats based on where you trick or treat? Perhaps a set to obtain for trick or treating in all cities?
This reminds me of the Eric Bischoff creative direction -- we find a hit so lets just run it into the ground forever and never tweak it.

Big bummer for me. I was excited for new rare tick or treats.
Wish Mesanna would give us a reason why no new items. A plausible reason not some made up silly stuff about hard to deal with code and pigs appearing.
What purpose does no new items serve? Is trick or treating only for brand new players? Or older ones that like re-runs? It could have been so fun...

*sighs* I was hoping for new Trick or Treats. Ah well. I guess i got my hands full with dying and gathering bones as well as trying to get the new masks for the top 3 Malachi, Elizabella and of course Mesanna.
