It has occured to me after the writing the second paragraph that this is turning into a novel sooooooo...

TLDR:
I'm searching for a spot for a Keep, but it has to have the weather (snow/rain etc..) in the Classic Client. No jungle, no Ice Isle, not surrounded by lots of houses. I shall pay with a Legacy Token or 5m cash for this spot. If the spot is perfect (on its own, near mountain or water etc...) I'll pay double.

I've finally finished faffing about and have chosen to make Siege my final home shard. I left Europa, roughly ten years ago and have spent that time dipping in and out of the game and the different shards, never really settling anywhere. I made a nice little life for myself on Chessy and AOL Legends when it was still that and now have about 80m on Atlantic, took me years but to me it's a fortune lol.

In all the moves I made over the years there has always been one constant and that is my girl Mollie on Siege heh, she's always the one I come back to when the griefers and knobs (pardon my French) get too much and make me ultimately want to just leave the game. I doss around with her for a few months, make enough cash to place a little house just south of Minoc tents (one of my all time favourite little house spots) and then I leave. House falls, I lose everything and the cycle begins again next year . This time is going to be a little different.

But to make it different I have to have it set up right and this means having a perfect home with all my worldly posessions in. I've never had a Keep before, but thanks to some luck with having two popular gift dyes and some generous people I had enough money to place one here. They're fabulous! Hehe, I always loved my Tower and walking around it with a lantern at night, well the Keep makes it far more fun! Ahem, anyway! The only down-side is the lack of weather in Classic Client, my house is about 4 screens away from where the weather cycle starts and I'm just gutted.

My perfect house needs weather, simple as that. So if you know of anywhere where I can place a Keep that has the weather cycle or indeed a way to edit the file like you can with the desolation thingy (sure I read something about that recently). Then please let me know. I will be forever in your debt.

You can just place keep and castles in Britannia.
and looking at the map Ice Island has the only snow.

I found a spot with everything but the weather pattern >.<. i hung around a while to be sure, but no luck. it's next to water, no houses around it (can't really have any close either) if you decide you want it anyway, let me know and you can have have it, no fee required.

Thanks I've found a few, maybe four that I keep coming across on my search. I've placed one already, nearish to the Justice shrine, that's when I realised how great they were heh. Thanks for checking
