Issue with Promo Codes

Thank you all for helping us celebrate our 15th year anniversary. It was great spending time with all of you and listening to your ideas.

There seems to be an issue with the promo code warehouse this morning, so if you are unable to submit your codes please hold on to them till tomorrow and give us a chance to go kick start the warehouse in the morning.

I bought a Legacy Token a few nights ago, on the receipt instead of the code, it said "Processing serial number or unlock code". It's also been well over 24 hours and i havent received an email response. Fortunately for Mythic though, the 10.41 already posted to my bank account, how nice.

is the code warehouse somehow tied to getting our 15th anniversary gifts? i've tried to log in on several characters who have yet to claim their gifts and noone is getting anything. or did i wrongly assume we had the entire month (including 9/30) to get our gifts?

Mesanna broadcast something close to the above to Europa, but the message got considerably gargled. It seemed she was talking about the Memorable Moments robes as well, but we couldn't work out where or who too... simply don't use a redemption code for a few days until it all gets sorted out methinks!

People who went to the party yesterday were given codes for 15th anniversary robes. They had no properties and are merely some nice virtual swag for folks who were willing to travel, sometimes great distances, to support their favorite product.

This bothers some people, but I am not one of them.

I was just wondering if a mythic char. token would count as a promotion code.

I decided to be safe and just use my 2 normal characters tonight instead of the toss-away swashbuckler I was going to make.

My anniversary robe code did not work last night, then I saw Mesanna's post above... waited until today. A guild mate that attended the anniversary celebration with me tried his today and it worked. Mine is still not working. I receive the usual message, "Your promotional code has been submitted. We are processing your request." But from there it just hangs - no additional messages, and no robe.

Is anybody else still having trouble redeeming codes from the anniversary party?

/UPDATE waited 10 more minutes, tried again... it worked.

I got my Anniversary Codes to work this afternoon as well as an Advance Character Token. I got the same message yesterday. I didn't mind waiting a day to use it cause I know it will still take me years to fully train the Tamer have in mind. But the great thing about UO is that you know it will be there when you have time to log in. 15 years and it hasn't let me down yet !
