Best place to get clean one or two mod jewels?

Whats the best place to get/farm the new dungeon loot with as few mods as possible. Specifically looking for like 20 HCI or 20 DCI on an item.

Never seen that.... if I had I'd be super excited but no never seen that..... Usually if I get anything that usefull it comes with 5 or 6 other stupid useless mods on it that I can't change or remove or even something I'd like to increase to make useful.

Me neither. I wish they would treat the issues with the current sysyem as a bug and fix it. There are groupings that don't make sense and we lost the ability to get a single max intensity clean item. These would be highly desired as imbuing base pieces.

Good question. Have you camped out Shame in the last couple days? I have been at work and have been unable to run my regular trail of carnage. Every now and again you can catch a piece like that. ....well ya could.

I used to get nice single mod items like that before they broke it, 150 luck, dci/hci 20, mr4, etc. All i do is hunt shame and haven't seen any of those pop up since.

I know what your saying I quit hunting there because I could no longer get that stuff.... I tried Wrong too but still nothing... gave up. Now the only thing I go to them for is crap to unravel for relics since those seem plentiful.... most that cursed, can't be repaired and brittle crap I refuse to use.... I'm not about to spend hours working and figuring building a suit around stuff I'm going to constantly have to replace. I've got better things to do with my ingame time than spend it farming stuff to keep farming....

It's been months (so they probably borked the item gen code since then) but I got a number of one mod, 20 DCI jewelry pieces on the first level of shame. About 50% were clean and the other 50% were cursed. I'm certain my luck was no higher than 640 and was more likely 0.

On level 1 of wrong I get far too many properties on the loot to achieve them being clean/usable. It's nice to be able to get a lot of relic fragments quickly, but it really feels like they missed the boat on making monster loot useful.

Last night I tried shame level 1. Going to try it again, but the general opinion on it is its borked. I guess 17mill for a 20 HCI ring if I need it isnt so bad after all . Thanks for all the replies, guys and gals.

This is the reason that the team needs to play this game like normal folk, changes like this annoy the player base and cause anger. It is amazing that one cannot score a item of single mod status from anything but buckets of "high" end top level stuff which serves no in game use is common. I've been doing Cora a fair amount lately and have yet to see a item that is not cursed, brittle and unrepairable.

What gives with this?

up until recently i have been doing cove 1v1 4, u can pick up nice 1 - 2 modded stuff, but its a time factor, i did it for a few hours a day , got some nice stuff.
comes down to the luck of the draw.

I get so happy when I find nearly clean 1/3 jewels, or heck even one or the other. I got a half decent fcr 3 bracelet in shame a couple days ago, but most I find is tons of stuff to unravel.

They should make it so luck has a small chance of dropping a negative property from loot, only one property...

Shame 4 hr 's one ring with mana reg 3 ,spell dmg 15,and lrc 25 clean>i have with the 10 th ann statue over 3000 luck.I have ask myself manytimes (is it broken because even when luck first hit uo the words WOOT ,WOW, etc ,then follwed by a week later WTF am i doing wrong ? was my luck too high or did i have to find a balance # too get nice items.(nada )i read somewhere once uo is about random mods with items made or looted and i have just accpted that to be true.Good Luck Hunter's

i have decent results just killing the stone elementals in shame lvl 1 by the gate to lvl 2.

I've killed everything in shame including in fel and the champion monsters for the whetstone. Those single mod items I mentioned above just do not drop anymore since they changed the loot system. This all started when people complained they weren't getting enough relic frags so they bumped up the intensity for all level creatures. I've stopped collecting items to unravel for relics, I have more than I could ever use and they don't even sell very well anymore since the market is flooded with them.

2nd lvl mud elementals and the Clay golems, wearing 2000ish Luck suit. Have 2 clean 1 mod jewels mr4 and 2 DCI20 from farming there, as well as my faves, 3 one mod clean 150 Luck jewels

I say Clay Golems with no luck or maybe 100 luck or so - luck gives you a chance for an extra item drop yes, but it also has so much influece now on the mods too so the higher you wear the more mods you get the higher the chance it gets negative's on it too...once i was aiming for max luck - now i am all for 0 luck if possible which isnt realy hard to go for since all i wear is cursed legendary pieces on my tamer that all have -100 luck so it even drops my jewels luck to 0 hehe

How recent was this? I've spent quite a bit of time with those muds and the clay golems and no single mod items at all. I used to get those items from them.
