Ok, so it would have to be in a situation where the victim is blue, but if a blue faction player is killed by a blue or red char within the same faction, after the murder count querie (sp?) comes up, if it was a char within your own faction, cause the murder count to also penalize the murder by:
1. Adding (1 or 5 or x) number of murder counts (potentially making blue faction player 'red.'
2. Cost them points to make them pay more silver if they use faction armor or faction horse
3. Put that murdering char into 1 hour stat loss
Would give a whole new level of meaning to friendly fire.
Just some ideas that should be easy enough to code.
