Things like conj garb and conj trinket etc ... will we get a chance to get them again, or are they only for the few that were playing at that specific time/can afford the crazy sums of money for them?

New chance to get items?

I agree they should be somewhat rare, but the quest should come out every 3 years, or so, on Halloween. Now I assume the people who have them will have a fit as well as associates of the out of game selling websites. They should also have the replica sticker to protect the originals.
What about the people who had the Heritage Tokens and were selling them for gold slowly and now they got flooded in the market completely worthless. Those things were 1-1.5 mil on Siege, now 200k. **** happens, people shouldn't cry when they come out with previous items again.
Great idea! This should not be limited to just a few items. Any item that still has a use in UO now should be brought back. Add them to the clean-up list. This should not be limited to just UO items, any item ever created by the old/current EMs should also be included in with this too. I am not talking deco items, I am talking items that have the chance to add to a players skills/stats/suits, if it has a mod on it bring it back. Also pets of old should return, like the Dreadmare.My husband and I had taken a break from UO and when we came back it seems everyone had these conjurer items. We missed them and can't afford to get them (yet) so I for one would love for them to come back 
They should be brought back in but there isn't much else in the game which offer such stat increases but are so cheap. Over time I've bought every garb I saw on a vendor and now have 10 or so extra. I fail to see how people don't find more sucess in the game. Make a char on a slower server and farm stuff to sell on ATL or something like that to make gold. Last night I was farming a scripter who was doing heartwood, scored 2 heartwood kits and a yew for some easy coin.
A few of us have been clamoring about this for years. There definitely needs to be a chance to get the Conjurer's Items again. I personally don't buy the rarity argument. These items are staples in a multitude of template's suits and yet are unavailable. The price these items are going for is out of reach for those that need them. I recommend adding the Conjurer's line to Doom as I think it fits the theme there best. Plus, imagine how adding those three item drops would breath life back into that place. Or , they could be implemented as a replica version and fall with champ spawns. Lots of options.
In the interim, if you need a Trinket, I recommend you grab a Primer on Arms or a Mana Phasing Orb with DI and HCI. You can make up the HCI difference now by putting HCI on a few items with reforging. If you are an elf, I recommend checking out Oak Runic Saws and reforging woodland pieces with 5 HCI. Then enhance those (without the tool) with Heartwood. You will eventually get one with 10 HCI. Then POF it, imbue it up. That's one trick to help you recover some of the HCI from the Conjurer's Trinket.
I don't have a solution for the Conjurer's Garb. The Devs really need to let us imbue exceptional clothing (robes, cloaks, sashes, belts, and boots) with up to 50 imbuing intensity. Then there would be a middle ground between non-magical clothing and the uber expensive artifact pieces in the game today.

its 140 luck that makes expensive version of the conj garb expensive.Most folks complain luck is worthless and doesnt work anyways so whats it matter?Also people wanna constantly complain that gold is just too easy to get in uo now and yet u say an item price is out of reach.What about items that still drop and cost as much or more even than those garbs?They even still drop!*coughs-slither,lavalier/20 stealth cloak etc*...it is what it is i like em too and it certainly wouldnt hurt my feelings to be able to get more than the 1 i have.But at the same time where does it end gonna give us all a dread horse like someone said?*doesnt hold his breath*events happen theres no reason u should be rewarded for missing a few years. We who stuck with uo durring that time were rewarded for being here as it should be imo.Dif events an stuff happen at dif times through the years and most people have missed some here or there but what the ones who havent who actually have the time and cash to play consistently forever and make it to everything should they find that it was all a waste of time to make sure Not to miss those events an such?Seems fishy to me to reward those who werent there because they simply didnt put that time in to earn it.Im not against replica versions of stuff thats worked well for many items and doesnt make anyone who put the time in to feel as if they wasted that time.I wasnt here for dreads i put my time in and eventually bought mine...its good to have a goal!
I agree. I don't mind buying items from players for reasonable amounts of gold. I enjoyed playing UO when I returned around the launch of SA, but after getting enough to buy some expensive items found it my experience to be much better. Its good to see eveyone thinks old items should be able to be got again, let me know when they bring out scaffolding, plows, 2 story statues, and any other old rare over 100m.
I would like to see them all become replicas that you can get through clean up britania.
I don't get it. If you can acquire an item through trade / gold, isn't it available still? Aren't you essentially complaining that you are poor? If you disagree with what someone is trying to sell you an item for, don't buy it. It's called a market, perceived value, etc.
Hmmmm MAYBE as a replica with 100 Dur max. MAYBE. Besides if you want a Conjure Garb without luck its really not that rare..... there's still tons of the Gold essence in game that to this day still work, and have about a 40% chance to drop one. Granted I have just enough Trinkets (could prob use one more at some point) and 5 extra Garbs that chars aren't wearing. So it could be that talking.
Though that being said I DID miss the initial invasion of Magincia when everything was turned into Rubble. But I do not think they should do that again either. Id rather have more unique events. Besides.... Cornacopias anyone?

I have to comment on this and say I totally agree.
Anytime I have come back to this came including the latest time, it has been insanely EASY to get money in game to afford things like this. I don't honestly believe, at this stage in the games life, that 20 Mill is a ridiculous amount to pay for a non luck garb. it's rather cheap. if you can't come up with that in a reasonable amount of time your probably doing something very wrong.
If you put the minimal work in, you can easily buy most anything in the game if you can't get it yourself. (excluding actually rare items or limited drops.)
BOATLOADS of conjurers around.
People that spent time\effort, insane amount of gold, or god forbid spent RL $ to obtain these items should not be penalized. Garbs, Trinkets, Ranger Cloaks... ect are nice items but current imbuing\reforging options does offer alternatives to some extent. Some other less expensive item alternative could also be a temporary placeholder until you can obtain said items with gold or trade.
For example
Robe of Eclipse can be a substitute for the Luck Garbs with regard to luck. You can make up the other properties by fitting them in your suit using reforging and imbuing.
Trinket can be replaced with primer and you have to get the other missing properties using previously stated imbuing \ reforging options to make up for that in your suit makeup.
I refuse to believe that imbuing\reforging and existing obtainable artifacts could not provide a temporary solution until one is able to afford the high end items. It is not hard to make gold and as long as you spend the time and effort to be able to afford those items at some point. People that originally obtained those items at initial release also spent time, effort and had to compete with others. Their efforts were rewarded accordingly and should that be marginalized?
These items can still be obtained with gold from other players and there are many ways to make the gold to be able to afford it.... So instead of the effort\time you would have to spend if you were active during those event periods, you will be spending your time and effort now to obtain gold or equivalent value items to trade.
The example of Heritage token re-release is not really a good argument since it only required effort of logging in at the time when they were initially released.

A few of the slots definitely have a shortage of choices when it comes to good items with mods and need a few new items created to fill the void. The Garb, Ranger's/Rejuv cloaks, Crimson/Tangle are either the only choice for their slot or so far ahead of any other items as far as property budget it's bad not to use them. There's a reason the vet robe and cloaks have become almost worthless. 3% physical resist can't even think of competing with the properties on those. At least they did add the damage eater shoes and new quivers to Despise so that's a step in the right direction.
