Unlink Accounts??

Is there a way to unlink accounts anymore? Or once they are linked you are screwed?

Say I have 3 accounts linked under my 1 email address. On one of the accounts, I still actually play. On the other account, its just a dummy account that I used for something I can't even remember. The 3rd account is a semi worked account that I want to give to a returning player so they have an account with some age for ethys and the 720 skill cap. All it does is sit and rot. I can't give them my email address, as then they will get into my accounts and it will be weird with the billing info having to change and such.

What can we do about this? Am I just at a loss?

The only success I have had doing this is to actually call them, but they were able to unlink an account from one master account and link it to another... Note that you need to have both master accounts set up... I don't think they can unlink one and leave it hanging.

the way I did it was thru e-mail here..........[email protected]
Then they will send you e-mail where you need to confirm your info. You can de-link an account and leave it hangin, I have done so. One thing you can't do is remove billing information anymore. Which really sucks.....

I just delinked and relinked my accounts when I changed email addresses. I did this 2 weeks ago by using [email protected]. They were very responsive via email. Expect it will be a series of several emails where you will have to verify info to confirm you own the account. Then they will delink your UO accounts.

I just had an account unlinked this morning by contacting [email protected] and it was relatively painless. I contact support on Saturday, they replied back quickly requesting information to validate my account, then I received confirmation this morning that it had been unlinked.

I did the same thing. Accept, I didn't know half the stuff they asked me.. Probably flagged my account now.. LOL

There were some pieces of info I didn't know either like the secret word (I don't think I had one) and credit card info (I don't have the same credit card now as I did 8 years ago when the account was last paid for), but it didn't seem to matter that I didn't have those pieces of info.

I couldn't remember whose name we reactivated the acct under when we camer back. We took turns using our cards lol.
