I played all the solo games and have continued to play (only on Sonoma shard) since Sept. 1997 without fail.
After 15 years -- I am still here fighting
my way through all the changes in Ultima. So many Veteran players have quit over problems with the new Account Management system. Don't give up. Petra Fyde can certainly be counted on for help to get you back into UO and playing again.
I did run into a problem recently that might concern you if and when you do get your accounts up and running again. Update your Game first. You can do it immediately. GET THE ULTIMA ONLINE CLIENT DOWNLOAD to upgrade your UO GAME to present day status. Then you can LOG IN to your game when you are able to get it linked with payment information. Otherwise you can't log in to UO.

second computer to log into a UO account so I could transfer a KEEP on one account to another of my accounts and I couldn't get into ULtima OnLine as usual. The auto patch could not connect to UO, and advised I was NOT CONNECTED to the Internet. Yet, my COMPUTER WAS CONNECTED to the internet. Other players were having the same problem and some had uninstalled and reinstalled their UO game, and tried to download upgrades.
Finally I learned all you have to do is download their "client download" to fix all problems.
Everything is SIMPLE -- when you know how. Hope you find some simple way to get your accounts linked to the new management system fast. Good Luck.
