Problem Linking Accounts

Is anyone else having problems linking accounts to their master EA account?

I have tried now for 2 days to link several accounts. I put in the account and password and when I click continue I get the message "The following accounts could not be linked:" and it does not link ANY of the accounts I was trying to link.

If you click on the support link all you get is support for Warhammer! I try not to complain about all the changes that UO and UO Account Management has undergone since I started 15 years ago, but darn it if you are going to migrate account management to this kind of thing you should (1) make it work and (2) make sure there is some way to get support when it doesn't work WITHOUT having to spend days trying to find said support!

Now that I got that off my chest, does anyone know who/how to contact to get this fixed or a way to fix it?

No I didn't for a bit but I did figure that out after about 15 mins of trying yesterday. After tha I continue to get "success!" when putting in the name and password but when I go to continue is when I get the message: "The following accounts could not be linked:"

how many accounts do you have linked to your master account? i forget the criteria but remember reading a post that said there was a limit. something like 10 uo accounts can be linked to a master account.

I do have exactly 10 linked right now. That may be the problem then. Thank you! Now do you know how to make another master account to link my other accounts?

I would wait until after RTB is over befor doing any of this. I linked one of my old accounts, because that is what the message said to do, for RTB and when I opened it it was blank, all chars wiped. Look in the bug report forum, there is a bug report about this with a link in it to another post that shows that I am not the only one this happened to.
