This happened with past gifts as well, the characters are well over the 30 days, probably 3-5 years old. I login for the first time and no message about getting the anniversary gift. Characters are on Eurpoa but also happened on one char on Catskills as well.

Also, several of mine didnt get gifts. But on closer examination I had gotten a message about pack being full, make some room, log out and back in to collect it. It worked!
I also had a character that didn't get a gift. Confirmed he had an empty bank box, stuck something in it and logged out. Got my gift when I logged back in. I believe the bank box has something to do with it since I had logged in and out several times trying to get the gift. Not much in his bag except his AOS rose. 
This anniversary has..encouraged me to log on to many long hibernating completely forgotten characters on various servers where I have never really played. T'was fun to notice that I not only get the 15th Anni gifts but also xmas 2004 gifts upon logging to some of them!
(Literally, these figts got created as I log.. I get " Happy holidays from UO team " or some such msg on journal and all. Better late than ever I guess!

I have an entire account that is not getting gifts. It's an active account, not one I just logged back on to get gifts. I have gone to the bank, opened the bank box, logged off and back on, made sure I had stuff in the bank and still none of my chars on this account are getting gifts. I've had this account for YEARS.I also had a character that didn't get a gift. Confirmed he had an empty bank box, stuck something in it and logged out. Got my gift when I logged back in. Any other suggestions before I frustrate myself and deal with customer service?
Was this on a shard you regularly play. Don't just open the bank, put something in it, especially if it is empty. I just confirmed this on the 3 characters that did not get gifts on a shard I do not regularly play on. Once i put something in the bank, logged off and back on, it worked. Good luck!

Yes this is on a shard I regularly play, but I checked it on other shards too and no chars on this account have gotten a gift on any shard I have checked. Thank you for your response though. I guess I am just destined for some frustration and have to call a GM.

Just did this and was pleasantly surprised it worked -15 years of player work arounds!! WEeeeeeeeeee - oh the gifts I've missed!
