I've been maintaining venerated status for 5 accounts on 3 different shards for 27 different characters since this was published on January 31st, and despite all the issues, I've remained loyal to my towns. Logging 27 characters daily isn't exactly fun, but I was assured by Mesanna that my loyalty would be greatly rewarded. Thus far I got city banners, and titles. Will these rewards be the pinnacle for my efforts? I haven't seen anything in this publish, and nothing mentioned in the following publish, only talk of christmas and veteran rewards. Is Loyalty a permanent feature like Spring Cleaning now seems to be? I just want some clarification. Thank you very much!

I tried out the loyalty system when it first appeared on test. Clicking garbage and fires was no fun to me so I didn't participate. When the new methods for gaining loyalty were added, I took two packhorses from the stable, filled them with boards a few times and went to the docks to see the npc. In a couple of minutes I had done enough for the banner....

I have been too busy this summer dealing with Account Management issues. So I haven't had much time to log in my characters to see what remains of their Loyalty status. So far, without even logging them in, their loyalty status has stayed at ADORED after losing Venerated. At least this has caused no rediculous work to keep up the status. I don't intend to buy any useless titles and have the two banners I wanted .. Scara and Brit.

Hope that info helps. I am confused.

Two of mine dropped from venerated to adored on Napa despite logging in yesterday and today. Seems like it only aligns if one logs in at least twice a day before the next server maintenance.

The Amazing part to me is that you have 5 Accounts lol. I've played this game for 15 Years & never seen the need for 2 acct's let alone 5. As to why you would want to do city loyalty with 20+ characters lol I have NO idea.... It does seem to me that your expecting a Grand Reward simply bc your crazy enough to do more than 5x the work that anyone else is willing to do....

I have now email Mesanna for information regarding town loyalty. When she personally explained Loyalty during a Q&A after an event on Drachenfels, she did imply a grand reward. I mean considering how difficult it was to gain loyalty before some new methods were introduced, I had to believe more than banners and titles would be the only rewards. It makes no sense to create such an elaborate new feature for the game only for 2 types of rewards. What do you think? Should I stop?

The amount of time it takes you to log all your chars and keep them maintained, you could log 1 char and in a third of the time chop enough logs to bring them all back to the level needed for any uber rewards that wont may come in the future.

I stopped two months ago with only 9 characters on two accounts doing it to get the banners. I couldn't care less about the silly titles. Personally, I think the "grand reward" will be the "UO's Biggest Sucker Award." No offense to you intended, but my guess is the story arc has moved well beyond this and you are in the rear view mirror.

For awhile I tried on one character. I kept losing loyalty despite logging in each day. As much as I love the concept, I became too frustrated with the more than one day login, let alone logging in every day. I personally feel it shouldn't decay or it should decay much slower. As a very busy mom, wife and daughter, I am simply no longer on every day. I really don't mind the grind, but I feel having to do it over and over because I'm stuck working, being sick in bed, on vacation, out of town helping my parents, etc shouldn't be punished by being forced to keep doing it over and over. I keep hoping they'll change the decay which will motivate me not only to attempt a single character, but all of them with time.

Yes I am still looking for information on this, I can't figure out where you get them at all.
