Advance charater token code help

Reading publish 78.0.0 it states the advance charater token will now work on Siege. It also states this on the origin site where one purchases the token code.

I purchased and the code will not work. A message returns stating this promo code is not active on Siege shard. If I still need assistance to contace a Game Master. Several attempts for a game master did not work, I then emailed origin support. This was my reponse from them:

We understand that you would like our involvement in this situation, but Game Masters aren’t available to assist with this issue.

Please be advised that Advanced Character Tokens can be used on all shards EXCEPT for Siege Perilous and Mugen.

Others have stated their code worked on Siege. Is anyone else having this problem? I am positive I am entering the correct code, attempted many times and also cut and pasted the code.

Thank you for any help you can give, I refuse to purchase another promo code until this is solved.

They put a stop to it? That wording for the offer at the UO store "* This program is available on all shards for Siege Perilous and Mugen." reads oddly. The word 'except' get missed between the words 'shards' & 'for'?

I have given a few of the old school tokens away and some have used the newer improved ACT from the store. They are working on Siege.

Kelmo, in the paper doll. Help tab, just a few minutes ago a GM actually contacted me regarding this. He tried to help but couldn't said I needed to contact [email protected] for billing to handle this. The thing is, the "promo agent" is recognizing the code however it is stating it is not valid on this shard. The GM asked if I get this message immediately, and I do. Almost as soon as I enter the code, message doesn't state code is invalid. So guess I'll wait until tomorrow. I've used these on ATL once, and it went fine. And I've check the code so many times, even cut and paste it. I must have an inactive code or something. Any other advice give me and I'll try. But..a GM DID contact me after I replied to the email. So that in itself is comforting.

I have also heard that others are NOT having a problem with their codes so this may be an isolated case. However EA appears to be working on it.

Good to hear they are working on it. I'm planning on using two on Seige as soon as my current two cough up their 15th Anniversary packs.

90 Imbueing & 90 Tailoring will certainly be handy for crafting LRC armor for the hunter/forager/spellslinger.

My plans for my two characters are below. One account can place a house once I can mug enough monsters lugging gold.

100 Carp

100 Arms Lore
80 Mage (GM with jewelry)
40 Music (45 for Instruments with jewelry)

Clearly this is working for other people.. Raven - When you are in game, ask for me in guild chat (Jamie). Did you try it on a different character?
