I had issues with the "new" account billing system. I linked both my accounts and it was working (i thought) but apparently I was only being billed for one account.
I didnt notice this because I was using the second account the whole time but still using account 1's house, boat, stuff etc.
Well I log in on Friday and my account 1 house was "Somewhat Worn" I immediately try to log into that account and realized it was inactive. So I log into billing and click "reactivate account" and pay the bill. Well after paying the bill my houses (I have 3 on this account) are all condemned and decaying. I contact support and GM Linban tells me that in 24 hours all the houses would go back to grandfathered.
I asked him if he was sure because UOHerald said only the primary will go back to normal and the other 2 will still decay. He said he double checked with the developers and he certain all 3 houses would be back to normal in 24 hours. (I took a screenshot of this)
Well 24 hours later my houses are at Fairly, and I contact support (no response yet), email support (no response yet). What should I do about this?
I have had UO since 1999 and I dont want to lose all my progress because of the new billing system.
If anyone knows what else I can do please let me know!
