I have 3 so far 
What did you get them from? I've got one from a raptor, toxic slith, and high plains boura. Was doing the quest so that's all I've tried so far.
I have 7 so far with only 1 duplicate. I got mine from the mini champs. I love how they just pop in your bag! Very nice indeed. I wonder how many it takes to fill a harpsichord?

While strict adherence to old English grammatical rules would imply that you put 'an' in front of words that start with an 'H', modern pronunciations and conventions say that it depends on if the 'H' is silent or not. In the word "Harpsichord" the 'H' is not silent, therefore it should be "A Harpsichord", not "An Harpsichord". Say both out loud and you can tell how wrong "An Harpsichord" sounds.

I was running the Acid Elle spawn, did not get a single one while running that. I switched over to very easy to kill critters, figured I would try the mass kill and go the sheer numbers route. Seems to have worked. 0 Luck and 6 in less than 45 minutes.
So far this is what me and a friend have pulled so far, off of a assortment of spawn.

I was just wondering since all of mine are the same oneI believe all of mine are also the Anvil Strike. If they were going to give us the same one it would have been nice if it was one that could only be received from the anniversary bag. Not one you could loot.

Is it a permanent spawn drop or will it be time limited ? If so, until when ?
16 total , i have over 125 rolls , but am missing the one called Region Controller , Do you think this one will be a quest one?

I have no more knowledge on this than you have, but my educated guess would be that this is a permanent drop, much like the music box gears.
Thank you for the reply, do you have perhaps a way to ask any of the Developers so that we know it for sure?
The reason for this, is that if it was a time limited time drop then it would be preferable for players to know how much time it is going to run for, so that they can better organize their collecting them in regards to their available playing time.

You know if things were as collectable as these rolls are ... you kids would be in 7th heaven all the time.... Its nice to see you all having so much fun.
I'm almost sure that uoguide is incorrect, that "Region Controller" doesn't exist and that there are only 15 music rolls in total.
There are only 15 new mp3 files in the music folder of the UO classic client, and "RegionController.mp3" is not one of them.
this. I have collected enough for 4 complete sets and three more sets just missing a few scrolls....many duplicates and no "region controller". Pretty sure that uoguide listing "region controller" as a song but in error.

I agree with LordDrago on this one. Have almost 5 full sets (and 42 other duplicates in a box) and have yet to see a Region Controller. Unless they added it in as an unannounced mystery quest or a drop off of the Renowned or higher bosses. I would have to see one with my own eyes to believe it spawns.
i think we can all agree its not dropping.
i think ive farmed up over 300 rolls and have yet to see it, so im gonna call it a non spawner.
and since its not listed on the list of MP's that was on the last pub im thinking that just double confirms its non existent.
