It's an MMORPG. Every MMORPG team is constantly working on bugs. I'm not putting them down, and I think it's great they want to do more, but are we supposed to be impressed over something they've been doing for 15 years now?

I give Misk credit for communicating more, I think that's wonderful, because nobody else is really talking. You know what Petra, it's good that you made this thread, because with the lack of communication, if you didn't highlight what Misk has been saying, it would fall through the cracks!

The majority of the bugs reported in the last three weeks are either fixed or reported to be fixed. Misk replied to an average of three threads a day just in a single week. He included the reported raiders spawning in Ilshenar and infected gargoyle spawn issues to the latest hot fix, which were reported about a day before it is released. I'm as happy as a Grubber at this point.

Also, Kyronix made his stratics debut. Too often I read things like developers avoiding to post in stratics because of some of the threads, but I don't think this is true, stratics is probably the most welcomed place for them and whenever they post a message here, a pixie spawns in Ilshenar.

I post a lot on Stratics yet I feel as if I'm casual as well. I've only seen Misk post once that I recall, and if someone didn't create a thread or provide a Dev link I don't think I would know how much Misk is actually communicating right now. I know people might take what Woodsman said as being too full of cynicism, haha, but I think it's true; communication about communication is sometimes needed ;P.

I watch it too, I even mention it in another threat when they ask what to talk about. But as often , good things are often not interesting to talk about.

The bug squishing publish has been something I wanted ever since I started last year. Glad they're gonna giving the game some TLC more than usual lately.

I stopped submitting bugs quite a while back, seemed like a waste of time. I saw Misk responding to some bugs in the thread and I decided to spend some time trying to explain some bugs myself. The responses are _AWESOME_ I'd love to see this type of community interaction continue.

I would like to add that when submitting bugs to the "bugs forum" please try to just stay with the facts ...and if you have pertinent info to add thats fine. but try to keep the off topic comments and such out of the post! please! It makes it easier sort through them for the devs and for us! and also keeps me from having to explain to people why they dont see there posts

When viewing the Bug Tracking forum, is there any way for the average user to sort the posts by the tags in the thread titles? Might make it a little easier for people to confirm whether or not a bug has already been submitted. Also, if there is a bug that isn't yet on the "Fixed" list that you can provide more information for, is it okay for someone other than the OP for the thread to add onto a thread, especially if it is one that Misk or Kyronix haven't replied to yet?

I try to look first to make sure a bug hasn't already been posted, but as the forum size grows, that's going to become even harder to do. At some point, I'm guessing you might have to split it into subforums and hopefully at that point Misk and Kyronix will be able to suggest a logical way to break out the submissions.

I try to go through the forum on a weekly basis and merge similar reports - though I rarely get into stuff older than the first two or three pages. A sort feature could be very beneficial if possible.

You can filter by prefix. Just click on the top instance of the prefix you want to filter by

For example, what's the correct prefix if you're trying to report about a particular monster that always spawns in a bad spot...is that Mobiles or Environment? Or if if you're reporting something about problems with advancing a champ spawn, does that fall under Environment or Mobiles? How would you classify bugs with things like the virtues, loyalty, growing plants, using dyes or dye tubs on items, etc.? Or would you rather we don't even try to put prefixes in thread titles and let Storm do the tagging so there's some consistency?

We are adding a couple of categories housing/boats and questing/virtues to help organize a little better we may add more in the future ...we just dont want to end up with to many categories as that would kind of defeat the purpose
