Which features of My UO would you consider most important? Which do you most miss?

Same for me.guild search, and character search. They both go hand in hand
on a positive note you really have to love the passion that some display for uo. for all the complaining we do around here most of it emanates out of a love for the game.

This, too.....

The reason they gave was "security issues" yet the MYUO had been up about what... 10 years(?) without a security issue, so I don't really get that excuse. More likely something broke when they did the account management move and no one knew how to fix it.they probably dont want to update this because there are no guilds left in uo.
j/k.

MYUO only ever showed characters logged in during the previous 30 days.Come to think of it I do miss searching the character names of people who quit a decade ago yet still have houses up...
I know it only showed characters active in the past 30 days. It has little to do with the point I was making and even only showing the last 30 days it is helpful tool if you know what you are doing.MYUO only ever showed characters logged in during the previous 30 days.
You can mail or PM Mesanna the co-ordinates to these houses and she will look into if they are bugged or not. If bugged, she´ll most likely drop them.I also know people who haven't played for 10 years who still have houses up.
I know of houses placed during return to brit that have owning chars that didn't show up for years afterward.
LOL, I spent 2 days finding every burning and ownerless house on Pacific 2 years ago and reported them to her with coordinates, even gave her a runebook to some of them at an event, emailed the rest. So no, I'm not going to bother wasting anymore of my time sending houses I suspect when she did absolutely nothing with the ones she requested and we know for sure are bugged. You can mail or PM Mesanna the co-ordinates to these houses and she will look into if they are bugged or not. If bugged, she´ll most likely drop them.
Do not need top 5 things, Tina listed four! Just redo the entire thing as it was and fix what was broken about it.These are the features of the old MyUO section of the uo.com website that I would like to see once again on a revamped UO official website, in order of their importance to me:
Edited to add a link to a sample guild character listing.
- The ability to search for a character on the shard, using a minimum of 3 characters to perform the search. Once you have a list of possible characters and select one, you would see a copy of the selected character's paperdoll, guild membership, highest skills (old version showed top 3 unless account owner had opted to let you see all natural skills and stats), and whether or not the character is considered a veteran character (I think veteran characters had a natural skill total of 700 or more).
- The ability to search for a guild on the shard by guild name or by guild tag, again using a minimum of 3 characters to perform the search. Once you have a list of the possible guild names or guild tags and select one, you would see at the top of the page: The name of the guild, the guild tag, which faction the guild belongs to, the URL of the guild's website, the name of the guild leader character, total number of active characters in the guild, total number of active veteran characters in the guild, the guild's charter, which guilds are at war with the guild, and which guilds are allied with the guild. Below that section, you would see a button to press to get the average level of each available skill among all the guild members. Below the button would appear an alphabetical listing of guild member names and their guild titles. The guild member names would be clickable links to each character's paperdoll, with the information listed in item 1 above. When coding the skill averages page, please note that the old pages in English and in Japanese did not cover newer skills like imbuing, throwing, and mysticism, and there were a couple of skills whose information on the pages in English seemed to be swapped (e.g., remove trap and perhaps detect hidden?). Here is a sample of a guild character listing for the People's Army of Sonoma (PAS) produced via the Japanese site using very old info: ORIGIN - Ultima Online - Community . If you click on the Skill Averages button on that page, you can see an example of the average skills listing for the guild.
- The ability to see game-wide and shard-wide listings of the top guilds and top characters in each faction when ranked by their kill points. Go here to see examples that show the format that we're accustomed to but present very outdated information: ORIGIN - Ultima Online - Community (game-wide total page covering all factions); ORIGIN - Ultima Online - Community (game-wide page covering only the Council of Mages faction); ORIGIN - Ultima Online - Community (shard-wide page for Atlantic covering all factions); ORIGIN - Ultima Online - Community (shard-wide page for Atlantic covering only the Council of Mages faction). From any one game-wide or shard-wide page, you should be able to click on a guild's name to get to its guild page or click on a character's name to get to a character's page.
- The ability to see game-wide and shard-wide listings of the top guilds and top warring guilds when ranked by number of veteran character members. The game-wide page ( ORIGIN - Ultima Online - Community ) would show top 20 in each category and the shard-wide pages would show top 10 in each category.
