It is from Mesannas Stealingevent Season 10 from Drachenfels.

Its interesting to see that item getting removed from being locked down in Delucia. That item was not taken during the event which is why the (1) in quantity because I have the original one. I just went to the place and it is no longer there after being there for months after her event.

So did an EM unlock it for you?
