Help request stuck/bugged...any suggestions?

Hey all,

I sent a help request to the GM's two nights ago, but no one showed up. Noticed today that the request is still pending, but it won't allow me to cancel it in order to send another request.

Any ideas as to how I can get this fixed? I can't exactly page a GM about it.

As for sending another request........ can you do it on a different char?

Unfortunately I can't. Tried with all 7 on that account, the request option says that it's pending on all of them.

Still having this issue after logging in this evening. If anyone has an idea what I can do, please say something.

I mentioned in my first post that I am unable to cancel the request. When I click to cancel the request, nothing happens.

Ask someone on your shard to help, or if you have a 2nd account use that. Page should say: My friend has a stuck help request which he can't cancel. His character name is ____ and you can find him at (co-ordinates). Please investigate. Thank you.

Try changing the request and selecting my char is physically stuck. If you are in Trammel it will ask you to choose a town and it is automatic (time range between 5-15 minutes)

Thank you Petra. I thought about opening a trial account just so that I could actually send a request and park that temporary character next to me for when the GM shows up. It's worth a shot at least. Thank you for the idea.
