if the pestilence spawn under bedlam in the city of umbra is self-starting or does it need to be "popped" like a normal champ spawn?

I do this champ quite often and it is usually started, like the Ilsh spawns.

It's on the random cycle with the other trammel facet spawns. I believe it is 3 random spawns are on at all times. Others have to be popped.

I'm not sure about Bedlam... BUT here is an alter that the only way for it to work is kick it in the head.... OVER AND OVER....

There's never any spawn... the whole point is just to kick. Hard.
