How do i get a blessed Sorcerer Suit (non replica) back to its original Color?

How do i get a blessed Sorcerer Suit (non replica) back to its original Color?

I recently bought a Sorcerer Suit (non replica) and blessed each part of it with an item bless deed from the
clean up reward. Having read on uoguide, that the color will switch back, i've experimented with coloring the suit
in different colors.
After equipping all the pieces, the Armor stayed in that Color.
Tryed removing the hat and put it back on, color stayed... removed legs and put it back on, color stayed, etc..

Is there any way to get its original color back?

If I remember rightly bleach used to do it.

Scouring Toxin is a craftable item. It is used to remove all dyes from an item, returning the item to its original default color.

The problem is that the "Default Color" will probably be a plain leather color and not the Sorcerer's Smurf-blue.

You can't get any artifact back to its original color once you dye it. While scouring toxin and bleach will return it to the original default color of the item, it is the original color of the item type, in other words hue id zero, so plain leather color for those pieces. Some armor set pieces will revert to their initial color when you equip all the set pieces, like the virtue armor set, but sorcerer's armor set is not of them anymore. I checked the uoguide article and it does say "If individual pieces of this set are dyed, they will revert to their initial coloration when the entire set is equipped." which was true until 2010, before the devs changed it since the players found the hue "ugly blue". Such outdated information, seriously, whoever is updating uoguide is doing a terrible job..

i think one of those dyes from haochi's pigment token is the color...or close to it. ocean blue is the name maybe?

i can confirm this... just tried the scouring toxin and the armor part went back to brown leather

I'm not an owner or mod there, just an infrequent contributor, but I urge you to create an account and edit/add information if you see something incorrect. After all, it's a wiki.

lol If I remember right, I think you will find that Nimuaq is probably the biggest contributor over at uoguide. I think his statement was said with tongue in cheek.

there is no colour match if i remember rightly (I as obsessed with hue I.D's when i played, Ocean blue is not a match either) of course with a whole suit worn or on a mannequin it goes the sorcerer blue hue anyway

I had no idea who Nimuaq was, and I'm glad I know now. As I said in PM, it's really a shame there aren't any more contributors. It wasn't hard to register, and all the templates are there.

For the slimes' stats, I wanted readings of four different ones to get a pretty good idea of the range. It wasn't much trouble at all, especially to share it with other players, some of whom can then share their own data. The wondrous efficiency of wikies and open source is because all the contributors put together what one individual couldn't do alone (or could with only great difficulty).

I think the only other item that spawns with the same hue is the neon-blue tailoring bod reward cloth (neon-blue, level 3: Tower of Roses - BOD Rewards)

can't remember, what i meant was there is no usable hues to match, like pigments or dyes

i fthere is an EC user that has pinco UI active, hue pick the suit once it is equiped, it will then tell you if a pigmant or dye can replicate it
