You are using a char with wrestling right? I know my 120 wrestle mage doesn't punch very fast or hit very often vs high skill monsters/players.
Well, its supposed to only go off for wrestling, so if thats not working uh oh!

figured it out. you need to do 3 bows and two salutes before you punch the target.
I don't think enough people got them for a riot...

Since they handled the reward distribution of the quest like some stupid WoW raid loot where only a few leaves the party happy while most of the rest gets tricked into doing work for nothing?
maybe so they can release a shield that absorbs hit spells but only if you don't have anything in your other hand

Um, you forgot that they can Shoryuken pass fireballs.
So if later on someone buys em the only way they will know is if someone tells them?

I would think those that can afford such a rare drop will either know how they work or simply lock them down in their museum.

LOL.. there goes HALF the templates that might have found the sleeves useful.... Also.. is it just me or does it seem weird that Anat / Eval was listed as determining the damage for the Fireball? I guess Eval makes sense but listing it as Anat / Eval implies your "DODGE" chance & just found it amusing bc a Anat / Eval Mage will never actually hit something with his fist .... thus the fireball would never proc... (excluding 20 wrestle for being human or everyones straight up 2% chance to hit something reguardless of skill which I read somewhere...)I just tested it, no spell book but with a shield - Fireball never went off. No shield and the fireball goes off just fine.

I'd love to say that I'm shocked to hear that team makes a item that won't work with the only temp that people would desire to use it with....but I'm not.
As long as the fireball on the sleeves do not stack (for interruptions) with Any weapons I'm glad I have not turned in any of these "cures" either. the shield thing sounds like a bug... and I'm sure it'll be addressed... someday.
Just seems to be one more confermation that this game is not for me. Lets keep descusing how the arms work for the few people that gained them, rather than discussing what we should or could have done to obtain them ourselves. Yes I do realize that no matter how hard we tried we wouldnt have won. Then again it would be easy to assume that those that dont care would be the same folks that dont care what it would take to win the quest. I recon people here just want to know how to use their Duped set when they go up for sale.
