Ah, you may have gotten me there. I have not played Siege in many years. I seem to remember that in dealing with NPC's, costs for supplies and such were higher than on the other shards. I also vaguely remember that saving up for a nice house was much more difficult than on other shards.

Any current players on Siege want to comment or correct me? Perhaps the economic consideration is trivial.

Economic restrictions?
Can't sell things to NPCs to make gold, you have to sell things to other Players who can easily just dirtnap you and take what your selling should they decide to. Also there are a lot less monsters on the surface to hunt for gold. You need to go to dungeons where your easy to find for the PKers. We Crafters, who fall into the sheep -for-PKers catagory, don't like being so easy to find. :gee:

Eh I donlt think its that hard to make gold on Siege as some think it is. Most pks aren;t going to kill a crafter making a trade with them. There aren;t that many pks as it is. Not to mention there is also the new magincia stalls which help with selling stuff. But a player can make some good gold just making cloth and regular and spined leather sell too and with some magery even a crafter can get some leather. Then of course other resources sell as well. It might be harder then other shards yes but its not as bad imo as some make it out to be. :)

Just ignore this person ^^

Apparently some evil PK killed him 13 years ago and he still hasn't gotten over it. :loser:

Your entertaining, you know that? <laughs> Just insult instead of argue your point.

See if your local school system offers a Debate Class. If your going to post in Stratics forums you need to buff up your skills a bit. This one was basically the same insult you used in post #22 no less. :)

I have no point to make. In fact the only reason I bothered posting in this old as dirt subject is because I could tell from your very first post that you were a PvP hating twit with an agenda..........and I was right.

Actually I'm a PK hater, not a PvP hater. You seem to combine the two types of players under the same name. Clearly your not noticing the clear distinction I make between the two types of players.

PvPers are warriors who enjoy the challenge and competition of fighting other capable PvPers. An honorable sportsman warrior type.

PKers are those who like to hunt non-PvPers who are targets they know they can likely kill with little risk and get the reward of whatever loot the victim had and the thrill of winning a fight against someone who is likely going to be no challenge. The schoolyard bully type.

Players who want access to non-PvPers in Tram who won't go to Fel but might get talked into flipping that desired 'Feed the PKer' switch in Tram, are very likely the schoolyard bully PKer type. The true PvPer wouldn't be interested in such inexperienced targets.

PVP players do not want to fight other PVP players, they want to kill miners, tailors, new players, or pretty much anyone they come across. It is why 99% of the population left Fel. I'm sure there will be some cries of injustice here, but those of us who played in the late 90's know how frustrating the pre-Trammel period was. The point is, you want PVP...go to Fel, unfortunately you will wait a rather long time since it is a dead land. The only current source of victims now are the Champion spawns. I say choose your side, shut the gates down and be done with it.
