It dropped in Covetous, but unless the loot properties intensities RNG is different for each dungeon, in theory it should drop in any of the new revamped dungeon.

Loot nerf?, when did we get that? did not hear about it

The new revamp dungeon loot got tweaked awhile back after initial release of Shame and they turned down and then upped the item intensity and # of properties. Devs said they fixed it but it was no where close to the quality of loot when Shame initially released.

Ok as long they did not changes anything the last weeks, I'm happy with the loot we get on Siege. Not sure if they tweaked ours a little to help us, I get legendary artifacs from 1th level of shame.

Legendary can drop anywhere to be honest. I got the piece when I made the initial post yesterday so the current item generator did drop this.
I think of Legendary useable armor to be as rare as maybe moonstone jewelry?

Eh, he's been looking for one for a long time. It is understandable.

I just want people to know the revamped dungeons are worth more than just a relic factory.

Well yeah... even the base weaponry is worth it for splintering weapons, and SSI jewels are about the only other useful thing. Oh and the rare chance of +20 skill jewelery, since looted jewels have a 500 imbue weight.

But honestly, I have to look for the best times NOT to meet competitors in Covetous - it is really CROWDED in the prime time.

And it is true: It is really worth it to loot the corpses! This is especially true for Felucca - I think, chances for really good loot are even better there!

There are three dungeons to farm at and if you count both facets, there are six dungeon area to farm at for the same items. Each dungeon is different in that the bonus you get on the side.
