Sugar on vendors?

Another alternative, although it wouldn't be particularly fair to people who grew sugar and/or killed paragons for sugar, would be to change the quest so honey could be used instead of sugar. You can buy honey from NPCs or get it from beehives.

I hope shes smart enough not to make it on npcs till after the event, but it seems they always screw the hard workers half way through events by making everything easier. Why not just skip everything and make the rewards come from vending machines.

This is a game of acquiring,or looting and crafting .Sugar should not go on a vendor . A nice idea for a quest would be a sugar cane still. just drop the used canes in and get another run of sugar just like we drop wheat to make flour, ! And to make it more difficult it should only be acquired in Felucca.

I think trying to monkey with the quest at this point might do more harm than good and would mostly serve to just set more players against each other, instead of drawing them together or putting them into some kind of friendly competition with each other. Hopefully lessons have been learned about how best to publicize events like this, but also, and perhaps more importantly, to make them more appealing to a wider group of players.
