thxyes.
First you need 5k loyalty to the ophidians, which you can get by killing terathans.
(I'm actually gaining that atm simply because I'm collecting for the gargoyle cures. Currently at 3502 loyalty.)
Once you have that you can take the quest.
Ok i got the Recioe scroll for the blackrock stew i gave it to my noob cook (only has 40 cooking) and he gets the message "you dont have the required skill to atempt this item"yes.

Ahh, i have read loads but must always had the skill to do so.you can't read any recipes till you have the required skill to make the item, same for all skills recipes.
Are there other locations to kill the Terathans than the Terathan Keep? I have read they also spawn in Ilshenar and other locations, but can not locate them.yes.

Most everyone cooks in their homes. Get a "herb basket", its a old anniversary token item or some such old token item & get a 10% boost in cooking upon clicking it. They must be locked down in your home to use. I keep mine on the floor infront of my oven.i Stoped at 80.5 lastnight, it gave me enough to be able to make the stew at 50.5% chance
mine were the same greyish colour when i made them, when i loged in next day they were a shadow iron colourI just completed the Quest and made some Blackrock Stew. I noticed that the bowl is a light gray and the original Blackrock Stew bowl was a darker shadow iron color. Does anyone know why there is a change in color?
Thanks, Katrena

Its been a LONG time since I verified this but if memory serves me, I think all u really need is 92.7?? cooking, click the locked down basket, and ur at GM. Since currently one can not exceed GM status in cooking, the baskets work just fine to top off ur cook w/o having to put in additional time. Talisman will further help decrease ur failure in cooking anything. Good luck sir
The Spring Decor Collection token still has them as a choice. There is one more left at the shop I got one from across from Luna's north gate.I've never been sure how much difference the herb basket makes when you're already GM, as my cook was when this was new.
It's part of the 'Spring Decor Collection' I'm not sure if there's still a way to get it.
Thank you PetraActually, I don't think we've got that one. The rotworm stew recipe is listed, but not blackrock stew.
