150 luck pieces

is it still possible to craft a 150 luck piece with a horned runic kit using reg leather? i would rather find an answer before i waste a lot of res and gold . also do certain soul forges give you better results when reforgeing. also need to know what are the different settings that give defense or fortune or wizardry have looked in the forums but cant figure it out.

Unfortunately I am a little pressed for time, but maybe these quick links will help. I'm pretty sure that you can still use horned runics to make 150 luck, but you might want to test on test center first. Also, which soul forge you use doesn't matter for reforging. For actual imbuing and unraveling, the queen's forge is best.

Yes,it can.
You use horned runic,with dont use powerful reforgeing.
Many time 150 + other property,but sometime you can get only 150 luck.
Choose name is Auspicious/Fortune.
And reforging,i think not different quuen forge and house forge.
