I was very disapointed with this event and i was lucky to get a drop so i really should be happy but the points below need addressing by Devs.
1.Constant crashes i had a top range pc and play a lot online games never crash always do at uo events why every time.
2.Why was europe one of the last shards to get this event we ended up with loads cross sharders taking a lot of the drops from euope players.
3.Usually we get a nice deco or armour piece to give+5 stat scroll is so unfair to players who could not make event its a game changer and should never be given out to just a few, all people who play should get 1 (i suspect there will be some token soon in uo store to buy to get this) it was a terible idea and shows a lack of repect for the wider community.
I was lucky to get 1 but as these are selling for 100mill what was the developers thinking its a joke

I'm not a dev but:
1. I have a decent PC and always struggled at events, this time I turned off particles and reduced overhead text and just stripped out any unnecessary graphics load I could think of, and didn't even lag noticeably in the EC, if you haven't already tried that I strongly recommend doing so
2. Don't know what else can be done on global events, someone will have to be last and there's no reason Europa players couldn't also x-shard if they were concerned about getting the drops. I saw a lot of Europa characters and from these boards it seems like a lot of them got scrolls
3. According to Mesanna, the scrolls will become a permanent feature in game. I have sold decorative tribal masks for 100mil in the past. +5 to stat cap changes the game but not dramatically, powerful items e.g. from reforging and Shame loot will still have much more impact

Making the game perfect for everyone who plays is impossible because people want different things, as I said I'm not a dev but I appreciate they have a difficult job trying to keep people happy as much as possible and just think it's too easy to be ungrateful. They're not obliged to put on big events or set up long story arcs and players are not obliged to take part, personally I chose to take part last night and thought the event was fun and it's nice to do something different, the handouts are just a nice bonus if you're lucky enough to get one

First I would like to address the Exodus Event reward. The +5 stat scroll will be put in the game as a permanent drop. This is something that was discussed as a team from the very beginning, so if you did not get one at Exodus or were not able to be at the event, you will be able to get it later.

As Jonathen & Odin has posted and that I linked to in the official event thread, The scrolls will be a permanent drop.

Regarding why Europa was one of the last, We had to pick a date over a span of 4 days and Monday was the ONLY day there was no Euro 2012 football match, So we picked Monday to allow the best chance of everyone being able to attend.
