Ok I want to adds gems to my NM Buying leather vendor. Not sure what to offer, I checked Umbra and Diamonds were 600 per. But I also know that there are faction towns that have can lower prices (COM owns Moonglow but no jewelers that I could see). So my question is how much cheaper can gems be in faction owned town verses Umbra?

Britain is the only "cheap" town at the moment. The jewelers are right next to the bank.
