Does ore still stack on a boat and not decay? I left around 250 iron on deck and 5 hours later it was gone. Thanks for any info,

I have no clue but I am pretty sure if you put it in the hold it would be ok. A while back I heard people could remove stuff from the deck of your boat perhaps that is what happened?

The old "heavy stuff doesn't decay" thing went away 4-5 years ago, or longer.
Now, nearly anything will decay (the only thing that I can think of that doesn't is small pieces of blackrock, and maybe water barrels).

Sorry to tell you this but UO fixed your program for ship mining a long time ago.
