Game crashed/Patcher wont open/ Login servers dont work
I thought it was my computer... so i uninstalled and then tried to reinstall..... *sigh* gonna be a long night

Nope server are down or where when i started typing ...... opened client bypassing patch runs still not connecting ..... hurry up and wait

I love how when the connection to the UO servers is down, the patcher program tries to connect and if it can't connect, it gives no feedback whatsoever but silently hides itself in memory while showing absolutely nothing onscreen which makes people think their install is busted so they reinstall the client - satan himself couldn't have come up with a better system for torturing people - hehe
and not only does it give no sign that it can't connect like it used to but it doesn't even close itself - it just sits there running in the background eating up CPU cycles - classic

Holy ****, that is the dumbest thing I've read today. And I was just on CNN's website.
The EC just completed patching and gave me the login screen. I gave it the info and got a Network Error window saying "Couldn't connect to UO. Try again in a few minutes." Ah well. Guess I'll wander off to Gemstone and play that. Haven't been there in over a week.
