Anyone know what piece the first piece is? I thought it was part of a boat or something. Any info greatly appreciated.

Quoted prices in a private message from a known rares dealer was as follows:

BLOCK - 30m
STAIRS (they are a rare facing type) - 40m
TENT piece - 10-15m


@Manticore - I am looking for a little more than 25m on stairs. I'd take 25m for the block and 35m for stairs. Thanks for your offer!
