subscription fee for euro players

Sorry if this has been asked or posted before.

But I am really confused why my subscription fee throught he mythic account page ends up being euro 16.22. Bug? I can pre-purchase 1 month at euro 11.50 (which is still more than us 12.99 btw).

There is no info on the mythic account page what happens if you press cancel subscription. Do I lose my paid for time? Can I then add a gametime code? Or do I have to this before cancelling?

Bit weird that auto-subscribe with a cc ends up being way more expensive than pre-purchasing.

I did mail customer support, but thought I ask around here too.

When I sorted my accounts out with the new billing system, it too said £12.99, it doesn't actually take that much, it just takes £9.99 each month like normal, don't worry about that .

You shouldn't lose the playtime you've already paid for, you should be able to log in till it ends.

Well I got a very unclear mail from support talking about tax and not making any sense. So I just checked my cc and I got charged Euro 13.99. Still more than $ 13.99, but pfff that's old news and not too fussed about that. Going to go for the game time codes from now on.
