Does anyone have a value for a Tunic of Exceptional Quality...it is green cloth double exceptional tunic

if its green cloth it can be dyed colors tunics normally cant without producing cloth to make one.. like phoenix. there are a few tricks to making phoenix cloth, some a lot more expensive than others but AFAIK, it cannot be produced cheaply in bulk so... is it double title blessed or anything? marked with a name ?

double exceptional, no makers name just "A Tunic Of Exceptional Quality" in yellow and then exceptional again underneath

dyed with a new discontinued dye (the first season 250k dyes sell best) you might be able to get approximate what its worth in dyed cloth - 30m or so.

oh and this only applies if its A Green Tunic of Exceptional Quality. if its just a tunic of exceptional quality and cannot be dyed with arti dyes, its worth lika 2-5m =P
