I have two black horses to sell. One is the "pure" black and the other is the faded black. These are horses anyone can ride.

I ended up transferring all of mine to Atlantic so there was six in total. They all sold between 16 and 18 mil.

1 faded, 5 pure. I think the faded ones may be less common.

i use to get them, the faded ones spawned the same as the pure blacks, just no one wanted them, everyone wanted the pure blacks.
so the shaggy and pale blacks where just killed off or not even tamed.

to get totally technical there are 4 colors of black horses.
pure black with a short haired mane.
pure black with a shaggy mane.
light black with a short haired mane.
light black with a shaggy mane.

i have all of them on one of my characters on sonoma for comparison purposes.

i just like to have everything.

course, the Pure Black ones are hard to tell the difference between cause the manes are the same color at the horses, so you typically cant tell if they are shaggy or short manes.
