These are 2 perfectly side by side 18x18 homes South of Luna across the bridge. There's decent space in front of them, trees to the East. Spawn is ONLY a vampire bat, and in the woods to the East are Pixies.
The Eastern house has been a tavern/library for a few years and has some visitors. (mostly to use the rune library).
Both homes will be demo'd to clean slate unless people like the designs. No furnishings or items will be left in them.
The radar shows no house behind them, but there's a small house back there.
I have no clue what side by sides are going for these days, however I do know they aren't the easiest to acquire.
Will take trade of items: ingots, gold, leather, mostly resources, or rares.
