Does anyone remember the OLD blue hair dye?

There was a hue of blue hair dye that was created by GMs many many years ago. Before 1999. I would like to know what hue it was specifically.

I know on Pacific both Terak (Houdini of Thugs) and Sapphire Ice had this particular color. Any help would be much appreciated!

I can't take credit on the find, it has been listed on the japanese uo hue site for sometime.. nevertheless... some long lost hues out there...

I think that's far newer than what I was talking about, but it's a similar color. The original one just wasn't blurry/washed out looking.
