Well in the spirit of the thread, i dislike (hate is too strong a word) the EC graphics for:
bake kitsune - is way to small and much preferred the obvious 3 tails and glowing eyes from before (not sure if was KR, cc or whereever lol).
will edit more in later as I remember them

I hate EVERY creature from Todd McFarlane's Lord Blackthorne edition to UO. They just don't fit UO's history or style.
I like the cc orcs better than the ec orcs. A bit off subject, but still pincos related, I've noticed a lot of players having problems with the targeting system if they are in the habit of using the middle mouse button. You can roll the middle mouse button and scroll through targets, but at some point (doesn't take long) it gets stuck or no longer picks up targets
I'd actually have to log in to the EC in order to determine which ones I dislike at this point...

UO is not a tolkien fantasy game is more like a science fiction than fantasy to be honest...
The UO series has the time traveling too, just think about the scene with Doctor Who or the parts with Minax during the time from the pangea world to a post apocalipse scenery with the world map (that is exactly the real one)
The mechanical creatures ARE part of the game and is a very bad thing that has been lost to point more into a tolkien world....

Meh... I'm not saying get rid of the creatures, but there is no reason for robots to be non-organic, metallic and boxy. My point is that the 30+ creatures that were designed by Todd McFarlane looked more like a Saturday morning cartoon than a creature designed by a graphics professional for a paid game.
Does this really look like it belongs in UO? Blue??
