I get meer royalty 5000 over.
I killed bane chosen so I had meer about 2700 points.
I reward meer mage statue, and my point is only 69

If I want other statue,again I collect 10000points....grrrr
To clarify this; you don't need to do the quest to access the rewards, Meer reputation from the Bane events was enough. I was already at the 10,000 point cap from that on one character, and collecting the Meer Mage statue reduces it by the correct amount, 5,000 points.
However yet again the Devs have completely misunderstood what "Reputation" in this game means to those who play this game out of love, not material greed. We don't want to grind and grind and grind to buy things. We want to side with races out of sympathy, or animus and in doing so change the way the UO world is seen and it sees us. Like the Solen quest, or Karma, we want to have the NPCs react differently depending on what we've done.
And... we want to have had at least some fun whilst doing so. Mobs with ridiculous hitpoints, and deliberate template gimping designs are just
no fun. I know of just one person who bothered following the Scelestus arc to the end due to the incredibly hard daemons involved, and the fact that even if everyone there teamed up, only one person got one shot (50% drop chance at that) of one of a random 16 books, which every person there needed 16 of themselves...
If you want an example of a fun mob, look to the Plague Beast Lord puzzle. Incredibly hard if you tried to fight it, but an entirely new game mechanic hidden inside. That's the kind of thing I'd much prefer to see. Give us new things to do, not string out the same tired old combat.
And at the end of this current part of the arc? The Meer statue artwork (I've not seen the Juka yet) is just plain
ugly, lacking in detail and pixellated at all zoom levels. I suspect it's legacy art, but it's horrible either way. Why would I could grind and grind to get these? It's not cute and it doesn't moo like a cow statue. I've got 16 of those. But these new statues just sit there quietly offending your visual senses. But if you must push people toward acquisition, you should understand what makes the rewards desirable. And right now, their real worth lies in charging other people, who are OCD collecters of pixel crack just for the name tag on it, the millions of gold to avoid the very grind you designed them to be the end product of, in an economy you keep introducing gold sinks into to try and slow down. It's the
understanding of the economic actors you don't understand, not the player base that's confused.
Which you'll
have to grind because I notice the statues have been deliberately priced so even someone with maximum Meer reputation like myself can't get 1 of each without having to do so. Now I fought the Bane on one character for so long (and the Ophidians on another) because we had that lovely new war mechanic between the flags, and that was kind of fun! But a single spawn location with incredibly hard mobs with Aura attacks
again?. And this time, the loot is actually split between two different reward sets, so even with perfect drops and 50/50 item splits you're going to need to kill 400 of them just to get 1 of the 2 statues from each side? At the end of which the Meer have forgotten everything I've ever done for them, because "Here, have what could be a bottle with arms glued on. It's not very well carved, but bugger off, you got your reward now!" Oh, and keep grinding the raiders in the meantime, because that reputation decays too... I'm sorry, but my instant response to that is already "Oh hell no".
The EM story on Europa which is almost certainly associated with the wider arc is quite fun though. And is the only reason I log in any more. Getting them to write the fiction was wise, but you've rather missed what the worth of the EM program is methinks...
